Jabavu library is one of the busiest libraries in Region D with an annual circulation statistics of about 50% and more than 60% of library users access the facility annually. Jabavu library pride itself as a leading vehicle for the provision of excellent library and information services in Jabavu and surrounding areas. Library services ranges from circulation of books, story times, and free public access to internet (PAIL), free Wi-Fi, study space, homework assistance, reference and research support, photocopy and printout facilities, an eLearning classroom, and a special ongoing programme offered to People with Disability (PWD). The library also organizes ad HOC programmes that aims to empower the youth and women in particular with lifelong skills.
